The Logitech Tap Meeting Room Touch Controller with Riser Mount is a dedicated Conference control solution designed to streamline collaboration in Business and Professional environments. Built for intuitive interaction, this Touch Controller provides reliable meeting management, enabling users to schedule, join, and control sessions with minimal complexity across modern Conference platforms.
The device features a 10.1 inch diagonal display with a 1280 x 800 resolution and a 14° display angle, delivering clear visuals and accurate touch response. An oleophobic and anti glare coating helps reduce fingerprints and reflections for improved readability in varied lighting conditions. The integrated PIR motion sensor enables automatic wake functionality, while an integrated ultrasonic speaker supports room presence detection and meeting notifications.
Designed for dependable installation, Tap incorporates an internal cable retention and strain relief system to maintain a clean and secure setup. Dual Kensington lock slots provide additional physical security in shared Professional spaces. Connectivity supports Cat5e or higher cabling up to a combined maximum length of 40 metres, allowing flexible placement within Conference room layouts.
Logitech Tap is certified or compatible as a Touch Controller for leading video conferencing solutions including Google Meet, Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows, and Zoom Rooms. With DisplayLink Plug and Display, it connects via USB as an additional display for supported operating systems such as Windows 10 and higher and ChromeOS 80 and higher, as well as Logitech CollabOS.
Ports include USB Type C for Tap Receiver, USB 2.0 Type A for accessories, an HDMI input supporting 1080p video and audio content sharing, and a 3.5 mm 4 pole headset jack. The included Riser Mount elevates the screen to a 30° viewing angle with 180° swivel rotation, fits tables up to 50 mm thick and grommets from 51 to 89 mm, and supports discreet cable routing for a clean Mount installation.
