Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day and we aim to ship same business day when possible. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays. Some items will be shipped via fulfilment centres and others directly from our warehouse.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship via FedEx, DPD and Royal Mail - all services are selected by us to provide the best service possible and courier selection is at our discretion.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
International Shipping
We currently ship primarily to the UK but are able to ship worldwide - please contact us with your address information to allow us to get an accurate shipping quote and confirm transit times to your destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cybist Online is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Lost Packages
If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us as quickly as possible to allow us to work with our couriers to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at support@cybist.com.
