The Logitech RoomMate Kit with Tap IP and SWYTCH is a Professional video conferencing solution designed for Business meeting rooms that need simple control, flexible connectivity and reliable Conference room deployment. This Logitech Roommate Kit combines the RoomMate appliance, Tap IP touch controller and SWYTCH cable solution to support modern collaboration spaces.
The Logitech RoomMate CollabOS appliance works with supported Conference cameras and room peripherals, including MeetUp and Rally System. It supports Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, Zoom Rooms Appliances and other video conferencing solutions, with compatibility for select audio partners including Biamp, QSC and Shure.
RoomMate supports HD video conferencing with one or two displays in a low-profile form factor that can be mounted securely out of sight. Device management is supported through Logitech Sync, Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Zoom Device Management, helping IT teams monitor and manage Business rooms at scale.
The Logitech Tap IP touch controller features a 10.1 inch colour touch screen, 1280 x 800 HD resolution, IPS panel, 10 point multi-touch, 400 nits brightness, 1000:1 contrast, 85 degree viewing angle and an oleophobic anti-fingerprint coating. It supports one-touch join, calendar view and content sharing.
Tap IP uses Power over Ethernet, an internal cable pulling and bundling system, an integrated ultrasonic speaker, ambient light sensor, accelerometer and PIR motion sensor. Its secure single cable setup and flexible mounting options help keep Conference tables tidy and Professional.
The Logitech SWYTCH Conferencing Cable Solution includes Swytch Hub, Swytch Extender and Swytch Connector, with HDMI 2.0, USB 3.0 Type-A and USB 3.0 Type-C. SWYTCH adds BYOD capability to this appliance-based system, supporting 4K display resolution at 60fps and 4K camera resolution at 30fps for laptop, room display and Conference camera integration.
