Combining a compact RoomMate appliance with a responsive Tap IP touch controller and versatile Compute Mount, this system simplifies installation and delivers a seamless premium meeting experience across certified platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, and RingCentral Meetings Rooms.
The Tap IP features a 257 mm diagonal touchscreen angled at 14° for optimal usability, a 1280 × 800 resolution, and Power over Ethernet support. Internal cable management and a 100 mm VESA mount ensure clean, professional installations in business environments.
At the core is the RoomMate appliance running Logitech CollabOS 1.4+, fully certified for MeetUp, Rally, or Rally Plus camera systems. It supports enterprise networking (IPv4/IPv6, proxy) and carries strong security - AES‑128 encryption, Arm TrustZone, RPMP, API authentication, and Kensington lock support. Dual HDMI outputs and three USB‑A ports provide flexible connectivity for displays and peripherals.
The Compute Mount secures RoomMate or compatible compute units using 100×100 or 75×75 mm VESA patterns, allowing the unit to be hidden behind displays or TV carts, leaving rooms visually clean. This setup plays well in professional present environments.
