How long does the approval process take?

We review all applications manually and aim to respond within one business day. You will receive an email either confirming your account is active or asking for any additional information we need.

Is there a minimum order value for business account holders?

No. There is no minimum order required to apply or to maintain your business account. B2B pricing applies from your very first order once your account is active.

Can I still shop on the site while my application is being reviewed?

Yes. You are welcome to browse and purchase at standard retail prices while we review your application. Business pricing will be applied automatically once your account is approved.

I already have a Cybist account. Do I need to create a new one?

No. Once approved, we will link your business account to your existing customer account. To ensure this happens smoothly, please use your existing email address on your application as the one you currently use to sign in.

What happens if my application is not successful?
